Then,

Jumprope 3 minutes

  • Min 1 – Single Hops
  • Min 2 – Single Leg Single Hops
  • Min 3 – Double Unders

Then,

Perform 10 Alternating TGU

Workout of the Day

A. Complete as many Double Unders as possible in 2 minutes.

B. EMOM for 30 minutes (6 Sets)

  • Min 1 – Row 12-15/10-12 Cals
  • Min 2 – Alt DB Snatch x 10 (50/35lbs) + Double Under x 25
  • Min 3 – Run 150m
  • Min 4 – Burpee Box Jump Over x 8-10 (24/20″)
  • Min 5 – Rest
