  • A2: Couch Stretch x 60 seconds per

B. 1 Set

  • Press x max reps @ 75%

C. In teams of 2, partners alternate movements to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • KB Snatch x 10 (5 per @ 53/35lbs)
  • Row 15/12 Cals
  • Double Under x 25
