Workout of the Day

A.

In 5 or 6 Sets, build to a 1RM Deadlift with good posture and mechanics.

Use the following reps and percentages for the Deadlift:

Set 1 – 5 @ 50%

Set 2 – 3 @ 75%

Set 3 – 1 @ 85%

Set 4 – 1 @ 90-95%

Set 5 – Test 1RM

Set 6 – exceed Set 5 (Optional)

B. For max reps:

Complete as many KB Snatches (53/35) as possible in 5 minutes.
