  • Dislocate x 10
  • OHS x 10
  • Squat to Stand x 10

A.

Take 15 minutes to build to today’s 1RM Snatch

B.

Every minute, on the minute for 12 minutes:

  • Odd – Snatch or Power Snatch x 3 @ 75-85% of “A”
  • Even – Double Under x 30-40 OR max reps in 30 seconds

C. For time:

“Annie”

50,40,30,20,10 of:

  • Double Under
  • Sit Up

-You may anchor your feet for the Sit Ups. 10 minute cap.
