Workout of the Day

A. 12 minutes to build in the following complex:

  • Hang Power Snatch + Power Snatch + OHS

B.

In teams of 2, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes:

  • Ground to Overhead x 5 (135/95)
  • Bar Facing Burpee x 7
  • Pull Up x 9 (CTB if possible)
  • Run or Row 150m
