Workout of the Day
In teams of 2,with only 1 person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
- Row 50 Cals or Run 500m w/ Medball (250m each partner)
- Wallball x 40 (20/14lbs to 10/9′ target)
- Pull Up x 30 (CTB if possible)
- Burpee Box Jump Over x 20 (24/20″)
- Plate Pinch Carry x 100m (50m each. Guys pinch 25’s or 35’s in each hand. Gals pinch 15’s or 25’s.
-Use the pinch grip to Farmer’s Carry a bumper plate in each hand Pinch grip = thumb on one side, four fingers on the other.
