Warm Up

Jumprope 3 minutes

Then 2 Rounds of:

  • Squat to Stand x 5
  • Burpee Broad Jump x 10m
  • Scap Push Up x 10
  • Crab Walk x 10m

Workout of the Day

A. 4 Sets

  • A1: Snatch Grip Romanian Deadlift x 6-8 @ 3011 – Rest 90 seconds
  • A2: SA KB OHS x 4-6 per @ 3111 – Rest 90 seconds

B.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • Shoulder to Overhead x 10 (115/85lbs)
  • Bar Facing Burpee x 10
  • Front Squat x 10
