ANNOUNCEMENT:  The 6:30 PM class Tuesday is cancelled at the Downtown location. We are hosting the Double Under Workshop at that time.  You are welcome to attend the Midtown or Collierville locations.  Also, the Barbell Club starts Tuesday.  We have 2 sessions: 4:00pm to 5:30pm and then again at 7:30pm to 9pm.

Dynamic Drills

Then 2 Rounds of:

  • Dislocate x 10
  • Seated Wallslide x 10
  • T Push Up x 10

Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets

  • A1: Press x 8-10 @ 20X1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: Hollow Rocks/Hold x 20-30 seconds – Rest 60 seconds

B.

10 minutes @ 85% of:

  • Run 150m
  • KBS x 10 (53/35)
  • Push Up x 10

Rest/Walk 5 minutes

10 minutes @ 85% of:

  • Row 150m
  • Box Jump x 10 (24/20)
  • TTB x 5
