Workout of the Day

A. 5 Sets

  • A1: Wtd Step Up x 8-10 per – Rest 45 seconds
  • A2: SA KB Press x 8-10 per @ 20X1 – Rest 45 seconds
  • A3: Ring Row (as horizontal as possible) x 8-10 @ 2011 – Rest 45 seconds

B.

Complete as many Double Unders as possible in 3 minutes.
