A.  Clean & Jerk

Build to a “heavy” single in 10 minutes.  Let your speed and mechanics dictate what is “heavy” for you.


In teams of 2, parters alternate movements to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • HSPU x 6
  • KBS x 12
  • Double Under x 24
