Warm Up

In teams of 3, complete 2 Round each of:

  • Partner A – Row 250/200m (No Straps)
  • Partner B – Jumprope Singles
  • Partner C – Alt Box Step Up

Rotate stations when the rowing partner has completed the distance.

Workout of the Day

A.

10 minutes @ 85% of:

  • Double Under x 30
  • SA KB Clean & Jerk x 10 (5 per)
  • Burpee x 5

Rest/Walk 5 minutes

10 minutes @ 85% of:

  • FLR on Floor x 30 seconds
  • Row 200m
  • Plate Ground to Overhead x 10 (45/35lbs)

Rest/Walk 5 minutes

10 minutes @ 85% of:

  • Run 250m
  • Box Jump Over x 10 (24/20″)
  • TGU x 1 per
