Warm Up

In teams of 3, rotate stations to complete a total of 2 Rounds each of:

  • Partner A – Row 200m
  • Partner B – FLR on Floor
  • Partner C – Jumprope Singles

Workout of the Day

A. Complete as many Double Unders as possible in 2 minutes.

B. 5 Sets

  • B1: TGU x 2 per – Rest 45 seconds
  • B2: SA Bottoms Up KB Carry x 30m per – Rest 45 seconds
  • B3: Row 15/10 Cals (No foot straps) – Rest 45 seconds
  • B4: Hollow Rocks/Hold x 30 seconds – Rest 45 seconds

C. 2-3  Sets

  • C1: Couch Stretch x 60 seconds per
  • C2: Banded Lat Stretch x 60 seconds per
