A. Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes (8 Sets):

  • Clean & Jerk x 1 – Start at 70% of 1RM and build.

B.

Today’s barbell comples is: deadlift x 5, hang power clean x 5, shoulder to overhead x 5 = 1 rep.

Complete, for time:

  • 5 reps Barbell Complex (115/75)
  • Run 400m
  • 4 reps Barbell Complex
  • Run 400m
  • 3 reps Barbell Complex
  • Run 400m
  • 2 reps Barbell Complex
  • Run 400m
  • 1 rep Barbell Complex
