  • Seated Wallslide x 10
  • T Push Up x 10
  • Ring Row x 5

Workout of the Day

A. Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):

  • Press x 2-3 @ 20X1
  • Couch Stretch 60 seconds per

B. In teams of 4, complete 5 sets for max reps/calories of:

  • 60 seconds – Row for Cals
  • 60 seconds – Dumbbell Man Maker
  • 60 seconds – Barbell Thrusters (75/55 lbs)
  • 60 seconds – Rest

Team members start each at different stations and rotate through the three work stations at 60 second intervals. Today’s Man Maker is Push Up, Renegade Row Left, Push Up, Renegade Row Right, Power Clean, STO.
