Workout of the Day

A. 5 Sets

  • A1: Power Clean x 3.3 – Rest 10 seconds between triples
  • A2: CTB Pull Ups x 8-10 – Rest 45 seconds
  • A3: FLR on floor x 45-60 seconds – Rest 90 seconds

B.  3 Rounds for times of:

  • Run 400m
  • KBS x 21 (53/35)
  • Pull Up x 12

Rest 1 minute between rounds. 

1st Set @ 85%, 2nd Set @ 90%, 3rd Set 95%.
