A. 4 Sets:

  • A1: Wtd Step Up x 6-8 per – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: SA Bent Row x 8-10 per @ 2011 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A3: SA OH Carry x 30m per – Rest 60 seconds

B. In teams of 2, partners alternate full Rounds to complete a total of 10 Rounds (5 each).

  • SA DB Hang C & J x 10 (5 per @ 50/35lbs)
  • Alt DB Step Up x 10 (50/35lbs to 24/20″)
