Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Erg 75 Cals
  • Dislocate x 10
  • Box Ankle Rocks 30 Seconds per

B. 3 Sets:

  • Box Assisted Pistol x 3-4 per
  • Supinated Hang 30-30 Seconds

C. 5 Sets:

  • Overhead Squat OR Front Squat x 3 @ 31X1 tempo

Rest 2 minutes between sets

D. Every 4 minutes for 12 minutes (3 sets)

  • Double Under x 50
  • Wallball x 30
  • Double Under x 50
