“Hustle Snowman”

In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, complete each movement, then you may then draw that part of the snowman on the board. Your score is the time it takes to complete the work and draw your snowman.

  • Base – Double Under x 100 OR Drag Rope Singles
  • Middle Ball – Row 75 Cals
  • Head – Alt. DB Box Step Up x 50 (50/35lbs to 24/20″)
  • Hat – Double Under x 100 OR Drag Rope Singles
  • Eyes – Bike 75 Cals
  • Nose – Burpee Pull Up x 50
  • Mouth – Double Under x 100 OR Drag Rope Singles
  • Pipe – Ski 75 Cals
  • Arms – Plate Ground to Overhead x 50 (45/35lbs)
  • Buttons – Double Under x 100 OR Drag Rope Singles
  • Scarf – Air Runner 75 Cals OR 1 Mile Medball Relay
  • Eyebrows – Single Arm Alternating Devil Press x 50 (50/35lbs)
