  • 12 – Calorie Erg (Row, Bike, or Ski)

  • 1 Snatch
  • 2 MU, 1 Snatch
  • 3 Box Jump, 2 MU, 1 Snatch… and so on.

In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time. Once you complete each movement, you may then draw that part of the snowman on the board. Your score is the time it takes to complete the work and draw your snowman.
