12 Days of CrossFitty Christmas

  • 2 Muscle Ups Or Burpee Pull Up
  • 3 KB Thruster (53/35)
  • 4 Burpee Box Jump (24/20″)
  • 5 HSPU
  • 6 CTB Pull Up
  • 7 KBS (70/53)
  • 8 KB Snatch (53/35 – 4 per)
  • 9 TTB
  • 10 Alt Reverse Lunge w/ Goblet Hold (53/35)
  • 11 Dips
  • 12 KB Man Maker (35/18#)

-45 minute time cap.  Perform like the song the “12 Days of Christmas,” complete each exercise in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round. Like this: 1; 2-1; 3-2-1; 4-3-2-1; etc – for a total of 364 reps or as far as you can get in the allotted time.
