- Single Leg Box Jump x 1.1.1 – per
- Ring Support Hold x 10-15 seconds w/ RTO 45 Degrees
C. Every 2 minutes, for 14 minutes (7 Sets):
- 1 Front Squat @ 32X1 + 1 Front Squat @ 20X1
