Workout of the Day 

In teams of 3, with only 1 person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 35 minutes of:

  • Double Under x 150
  • Row 100 Cals
  • Alt. SA DB Thruster x 60 (50/35lbs)
  • Muscle Up x 15

Comp Class 8am Downtown Only

A. 3 Sets

  • Supinated Hang 20-30 seconds
  • KB Front Rack & Farmer Carry x 100ft per
  • Alt Single Leg Deck Squat x 6-8

B. 2 Sets

  • Strict CTB Chin Up x 2-5 @ 2011
  • Single Leg Box Jump x 1.1.1 – per
  • Ring Support Hold x 10-15 seconds w/ RTO 45 Degrees

C. Every 2 minutes, for 14 minutes (7 Sets):

  • 1 Front Squat @ 32X1 + 1 Front Squat @ 20X1
  • Strict Muscle Up x 3/2
