In teams of 2, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • Muscle Up x 2
  • HSPU x 4 (Strict if possible)
  • KBS x 8 (70/44)

Rest 5 minutes, then:

  • Thruster x 12 (95/65lbs)
  • Burpee over the Bar x 9
