In teams of 2, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • Muscle Up x 3/2 (Strict if possible)
  • HSPU x 6/4 (Strict if possible)
  • Row 12/10 Cals

Rest 6 minutes, then:

In teams of 2, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • Power Clean x 3 (135/95lbs)
  • Front Squat x 5
  • Bar Facing Burpee x 7
