A. Erg 6 minutes for Cals @ Moderate (Nasal Only)

B. Every 3 minutes, for 12 (4 Sets)

  • Front Squat x 4 @ 20X1 @ 60-65% of 1RM FS

Rest :20-:30 seconds

  • Back Squat x 8 @ 30X1

Rest 2:00 minutes

C. 2 Sets:

  • Erg the # of Cals from “A” – Moderate

Rest 2:00 minutes

D. 3 Sets:

  • D1: Lateral Box Step Down (SLOW) x 6 per w/ KB Goblet Hold – Rest 45 seconds
  • D2: SA Tripod Row x 6-8 per @ 30X1 – Rest 45 seconds
  • D3: Ring Support Hold x 15-20 seconds – Rest 45 seconds
  • D4: Russian Twist x 20 – Rest 45 seconds
