In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 30 Minutes of:

  • Relay Run x 800m
  • Hang Power Clean & Jerk x 40 (115/75lbs)
  • Medball Relay x 400m
  • Wallball x 80
