  • Muscle Up x 3/2 (Strict if possible)
  • HSPU x 6 (Strict if possible)
  • Row 12 Cals

Rest 5 minutes, then:

  • Run 150m w/ Medball
  • Goblet Squat x 10 (70/44)
  • Power Clean x 5 (135/95)
