Warm Up

Jumprope 3 minutes

Then 2 Rounds of:

  • Squat to Stand x 5
  • Good Morning x 10
  • Burpee Broad Jump x 1 length

Workout of the Day

A. 5 Sets

  • A1: Power Clean x 2.2.2 – Rest 10 seconds between TnG Doubles
  • A2: Double Under x max reps in 30 seconds – Rest 2 minutes between sets



In teams of three, partners alternate whole rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as poosible. After each 5 minute AMRAP, teams will rest one minute and then do another 5 minute AMRAP. The cycle will repeat for 5 rounds.  Your overall score is a total number of reps completed throughout the entire workout.

Against a five-minute running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

  • Power Clean x 3 (135/95)
  • Push Up x 6
  • Air Squat x 9
