10 minutes @ 85% of:

  • TTB x 5
  • Alt KB Snatch x 10
  • Row 15 Strokes

Rest/Walk 5 minutes

10 minutes @ 85% of:

  • Burpees x 5
  • Wallball x 10
  • Sit Up x 15

Rest/Walk 5 minutes

10 minutes @ 85% of:

  • Strict Chin Up x 5 (CTB if possible)
  • Double Under x 20
  • FLR x 30 seconds
