Workout of the Day

A. Snatch – Build to a “heavy” single in 12 minutes

B.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • Double Under x 30
  • Ground to Overhead x 15 (75/55)

C. 2 Sets

  • C1: Calve smash x 60 seconds per
  • C2: Banded Lat Stretch x 60 seconds per
