Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Nose to Wall Handstand Hold x 30 seconds
  • SL KB RDL x 6-8 per @ 30X1

B. 5 Sets:

  • Sumo Deadlift x 5,4,3,2,1 @ 30X1- Rest 2 minutes between

*Build to a heavy single, but not a 1RM. Leave a little in the tank.

C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • SA DB Thruster x 9 – Left
  • Lateral Hop Over DB x 15
  • SA DB Thruster x 9 – Right
  • Run 150m
