Warm Up

Jumprope 3 minutes

Then 2 Rounds of:

  • Inchworm x 5
  • Squat to Stand x 10
  • Dislocate x 10
  • OHS x 10

Workout of the Day

A. Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets)

  • Hang Snatch + Snatch + OHS

B. 4 Sets

  • B1: Deadlift x 2-3 @ 21X1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • B2: FLR x 45-60 seconds – Rest 60 seconds

C.

In teams of 2, partners alternate full rounds to complete 5 rounds each of:

  • GTO x 5 (135/95)
  • Box Jump Over x 7
  • TTB x 9
