In teams of 2, partners alternate FULL ROUNDS for 15 Minutes of:

  • Muscle Up x 3
  • Dual DB Thruster x 6
  • Erg Cals x 9

Rest/Walk 5 Minutes

Then alternate FULL ROUNDS for 15 Minutes of:

  • Double Under x 25
  • Run 150m
  • DB Burpee x 5
