Warm Up

Jumprope 3 minutes

Then 2 Rounds of:

  • Squat to Stand x 5
  • Box Jump x 3
  • Wall Walk x 1 (SLOW)

Workout of the Day

A. Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 Sets)

  • Clean & Jerk x 1

B. 5 Sets

Against a 2 minute clock:

  • Deadlift x 3 (135/95lbs)
  • Hang Power Clean x 5
  • STO x 7
  • Burpee over the Bar x max reps in time remaining

Rest 2 minutes between.  Score the number of Burpees for each Set.
