A. Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 Sets)
- Clean & Jerk x 1
B. 5 Sets
Against a 2 minute clock:
- Deadlift x 3 (135/95lbs)
- Hang Power Clean x 5
- STO x 7
- Burpee over the Bar x max reps in time remaining
–Rest 2 minutes between. Score the number of Burpees for each Set.
