B. Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 Sets)

  • Push Jerk x 2

C. Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 Sets)

  • Split Jerk x 1

D. 3 Rounds For Time:

  • Run 400m
  • Alt SA DB Hang Snatch x 20 (50/35lbs )
