Warm Up

Row or Ski 2 minutes

Then 2 Rounds of:

  • Squat to Stand x 5
  • Alt Box Step Up/Step Down x 10
  • Front Rack & OH KB Carry x 100ft per

Workout of the Day

A. 5 Sets

  • A1: Power Clean x 1.1.1 – Rest 5-10 seconds between singles
  • A2: “Tall” Box Jump x 1.1.1 – Rest 2 minutes between sets.

B. 4 Sets

  • Push Jerk x 2-3 – Rest 2 minutes between

C. For times:

  • Row 1000m or Ski 800m
  • Rest 1:1
  • Row 750m or Ski 600m
  • Rest 1:1
  • Row 500m or Ski 400m
