  • Row 2k (split work any way)
  • Clean (Full) x max reps in time remaining (155/105lbs)

12-18:00 – REST

18-30:00

  • Run 1 mile (partners run together)
  • Burpee Box Jump Over x max reps (24/20″)

30-36:00 – REST

36-48:00

  • Bike or Ski 100/80 Cals
  • DB Thruster x 50 (50/35lbs per hand)
  • Muscle Up OR CTB Pull Up x max reps in time remaining

Comp Class – 8am Downtown

A.

  • Accumulate 1 minute – L Sit
  • Accumulate 100m Handstand Walk OR 100 N2W Allt Shoulder Taps
  • Accumulate 1 minute per – 1 Arm Hang

B. Power Clean – Build to a heavy single in 12 minutes

C. 5 Sets

  • OHS x 2-3 @ 32X1 – Rest as needed.
