  • Inchworm x 5
  • Squat to Stand x 10
  • KBS x 15

Workout of the Day

A. 4 Sets

  • A1: Deadlift x 6-8 reps @ 20X1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: FLR on floor x 45-60 seconds – Rest 90 seconds

B.

10 minutes @ 85% of:

  • Farmers Carry x 60m (Heavy)
  • Wall Walk x 2 OR HSPU x 5 (Strict if possible)
  • Double Under x 30

Rest/Walk 5 minutes

10 minutes @ 85% of:

  • Pull Up x 10
  • Alt Reverse Goblet Lunge x 10 (53/35)
  • Box Step Over x 10 (24/20″)
