A. 4 Sets:

  • Snatch Grip RDL x 6-8
  • FLR w/ Alternating KB Drag x 30 seconds

Rest 60 seconds

B. Every 6 Minutes, alternate triplets to complete 4 Sets total (2 of each)

Even:

  • Run 150m
  • Push Up x 15
  • Run 150m

Odd:

  • Row 150m
  • Lateral Hop Over Erg x 15
  • Row 150m
