In teams of 2, with only 1 working at a time, partners alternate FULL ROUNDS to complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 12 Minutes of:

  • Muscle Up x 4
  • Alt. DB Snatch x 8
  • Erg Cals x 12

Rest 6:00, then:

Alternate FULL ROUNDS to complete as many Rounds & Reps in 12 Minutes of:

  • Run 150m
  • Lateral Hop Over Barbell x 12
  • Thruster x 9 (UNBROKEN)
