Warm Up

In teams of 3, complete 3 Rounds each of:

  • Partner A – Row 200m or Run 150m
  • Partner B – TGU x 1 per
  • Partner C – FLR on Floor

Workout of the Day

A. 4 Sets

  • A1: CGBP x 4-6 @ 20X1 – Rest 90 seconds
  • A2: Double Under x max reps in 35 seconds – Rest 90 seconds

B. 4 Sets

Against a 4 minute clock:

  • Run 400m or Row 500m
  • Wallball x 20 (20/14)
  • Alt KB Snatch x max reps (53/35

Rest 4 minutes between.  Record the number of Snatches for each effort.
