  • Odd – Deadlift x 8-10 (185/125)
  • Even – Box Jump Over x 12-15

Rest 4 minutes

EMOM for 12 minutes

  • Odd – Row 12/10 Cals
  • Even – Burpee over the Erg x 8-10
