Warm Up

In teams of 3, complete 2 rounds each of:

  • Partner A – Row 200m
  • Partner B – Jumprope
  • Partner C – Wall Walk x 2

Rotate stations when the rowing partner completes the distance.

Workout of the Day

In teams of 2 or 3, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • HSPU x 5 (Strict if possible)
  • KBS x 10 (53/35)
  • Run 150m

Rest/Walk 5 minutes

In teams of 2 or 3, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • Ground to Overhead x 7 (115/75lbs)
  • Double Under x 25
  • Row 150m
