Warm Up

Jumprope 3 minutes

Dynamic Drills

Then 2 rounds of:

  • Walking Lunge x 1 length
  • Inchworm x 5
  • Scap Pull Up x 10

Workout of the Day

A. 4 Sets

  • A1: Weighted Step Up x 6-8 per – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: Toes to Bar x  6-8 (strict if possible @ 3010 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A3: FLR x 45-60 seconds – Rest 60 seconds

B. 

Complete as many reps as possible in 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest for a total of 4 sets per exercise of:

  • Ground to Overhead (115/75)
  • Burpee – 2 hand touch to 6″ target
  • Row for Calories

-Complete all 4 sets of each exercise before advancing.  Score is total reps.
