A. 4 Sets
- A1: Weighted Step Up x 6-8 per – Rest 60 seconds
- A2: Toes to Bar x 6-8 (strict if possible @ 3010 – Rest 60 seconds
- A3: FLR x 45-60 seconds – Rest 60 seconds
B.
Complete as many reps as possible in 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest for a total of 4 sets per exercise of:
- Ground to Overhead (115/75)
- Burpee – 2 hand touch to 6″ target
- Row for Calories
-Complete all 4 sets of each exercise before advancing. Score is total reps.
