  • Double Under x 30
  • Row 15/12 Cals
  • HSPU x 10/8

Rest 6 minutes, then:

In teams of 2, partners alternate FULL ROUNDS to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • Bar Facing Burpee x 8
  • Front Squat x 6 (115/75lbs)
  • Shoulder to Overhead x 4

 

Comp Class – 8am Downtown

A. 3 Sets

  • Ring Support Hold x 15-20 seconds
  • SA KB Front Rack & OH Carry x 50ft per
  • Double Under x 50

B. 3 Sets

  • Strict Muscle Up x 3-5
  • Handstand Walk x 10-15m
  • Seated Box Jump x 1.1.1

C. 7 Sets

  • Hang Clean + Front Squat + Push Jerk + Split Jerk – Rest as needed
