A. Clean & Jerk -15 minutes to build to a “heavy” single

-let your speed and mechanics dictate what is “heavy” for you.

B. 

Complete the following for time:

  • Run 400m
  • Ground to Overhead x 12 (135/95)
  • Run 400m
  • Ground to Overhead x 9
  • Run 400m
  • Ground to Overhead x 6
  • Run 400m
  • Ground to Overhead x 3
