- A1: Press x 4-6 @ 20X1 – Rest 60 seconds
- A2: Hollow to Arch Rolls x 30 seconds – Rest 60 seconds
B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
- Pull Up x 7 (CTB if possible)
- Goblet Squat x 14 (53/35)
- KBS x 21
- Run 250m
