- B2: DB External Rotation x 8-10 per @ 2020 – Rest 60 seconds
C. In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 16 minutes of:
- Erg 45 Cals
- TTB x 30
- Pinch Grip Plate Carry 150m
