In teams of 2 or 3, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

  • Double Under x 100
  • Row, Bike, or Ski 80 Cals
  • Hang Power Snatch x 60 (95/65lbs)
  • Front Squat x 40 (95/65lbs)
  • Muscle Up x 20
